ITS employees are eligible for medical, vision and dental insurance. Benefits start on the first month following 30 days of continuous employment.

An ITS representative will be in contact with you weekly to hear more about the new and exciting things you are accomplishing at your job.

Receive a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant or store for each referral you make who completes their job assignment or passes the direct-hire probationary period.

One ITS temporary or temp-to-hire candidate receives company-wide recognition each month as Employee of the Month and is given a gift card and online recognition.

Candidates who have completed 1200 hours of continuous services are eligible for holiday pay, which is your current pay rate for 8 hours ($200 max).
